stanza is one of the divisions of a poem, composed of two or more lines usually characterized by a common pattern of meter, rhyme, and number of lines.
ode is a lyric poem of some length, usually of a serious or meditative nature and having an elevated style and formal stanzaic structure.
epitaph is an inscription on a tombstone in memory of the one buried there.

我的电脑里装了Merriam-Webster英文词典,美国带回来的光盘安装的,都可以查得到这些单词,而且解释很详细,也有发音.不知道网络上能否找得到.
1.stanza是来自意大利语
a stanza consisting of eight verses of iambic pentameter and an alexandrine with a rhyme scheme,like "ababbcbcc"
2.ode是来自希腊语
ode:a lyric poem usually marked by exaltation of feeling and style,varying lenth of line,and complexity of stanza forms.
3.epitaph来自希腊语.墓志铭
epitaph:
a. an insciption on or at a tomb or a grave in memory of the one buried there
b. a brief statement commentorating or epitomizing a deceased person or something past
