变道语言培训（Another Way Language Training Center）是一家从事“小语种（非英语语种）”培训、咨询的专业机构，成立于2008年12月。秉承开拓思维、打破传统方式方法的“变道”理念，培养国人另辟蹊径，突破固有学习模式，开创适合自身的方式方法，从哲学的层面进行引导，从而渗透到日常的学习和生活中。
变道语言培训提供：西班牙语培训，俄语培训，阿拉伯语培训，韩语培训，法语培训，德语培训等多语种培训课程。
变道注重个人能力和实际应用能力的培养，独到的沙盘演练带来意想不到的效果。在中外教联合授课的模式下，把授课重心转移到从听入手，强调语音基础知识，语法架构的学习，抓其语言命脉，使学习过程简单化、合理化、实用化，学习效果大大超乎预料。

The Brief Introduction to Another Way
Another Way Language Training Center is an institution specializing in non-English languages training and consulting. Since established in December, 2008, Another Way has been adhering to the concept of changing to open up our thinking, to break the traditional ways and means in order to cultivate our Chinese to break through the inherent mode of study, and create suitable ways and means of their own, guiding from a philosophical level, which infiltrate the daily study and life.
Languages training provided by Another Way: Spanish training, Russian training, Arabic training, Korean training, French training, German training, and other training courses.
Another Way regards personal and practical abilities as important. Unique sand-table exercise and united instruction mode by Chinese and foreign teachers bring unexpected effect. We put the focus shifted from listening, emphasize phonetics, basic knowledge and grammar framework, grasp the lifeline of language, so that the learning process is becoming simple, rational, and practical, thus, the effect of study will be significantly more than expected.
Another Way is meticulous and strict on the quality of teaching, also detail-oriented, but in daily life we encourage flexibility to use language from reality, ask students to grasp the substance of the study, reflect their personal charisma, and not rigidly adhere to the form.
