|
| 岗位职责： |
1. Responsibility for activities assigned by the Delivery Lead.
2. Ensure both contractual and operational KPIs are met (responsibility of delivering the service within agreed deadlines and at the required quality)
3. Accountable for delivery of financial services to the client.
4. Manage activities performed by all Wave 2 team within the Shanghai DC.
5. Oversees processing of all invoice categories and types and the associated reporting, the resolution of disputed/open items, and the provision of support for vendor and client queries/issue.
6. Oversees management of Payment Posting Process including verifying error and perform resolution, act as liaison to the client.
7. Oversees management of Pay Cycle Process including performing verification and modification
8. Oversees record to report management
9. Overall responsibility for balancing resource requirements across sub-teams and focusing teams based on peaks and valleys in process cycles.
10. Makes sure that period, quarter and annual close requirements from own team are met in a timely and accurate manner.
11. Develops good client relationships and good relations with the colleagues
12. Ability to provide assistance to the staff
13. Actively seeks opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives in cooperation with Delivery Lead
14. Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to.
15. The point of contact between ******* and the client senior management on service level requirements, service issues, and customer satisfaction.

| 其他任职要求： |
1. 1. Education: Bachelor degree or above. Major in Accounting/Finance/Business is preferred. Hold of CPA is an advantage.
2. Language: Must be proficient in both Korean and English
3. At least 5 years related working experience. (Including min. 2 years management experience.)
4. SAP experience will be an advantage
5. Must be able to impose herself/himself in front of the team through exceptional knowledge of the business and coaching skills
6. Must be a good team player and be able to communicate easily with *******, Client and third parties staff at all levels
7. Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks
