天主教学院是成立于1875年的著名大学.它下属的"法语和法国文化学院"招收18岁以上高中毕业的学生.学制和SB一样,分为学期课程和年度课程,不能象AF一样随时入学.申请入学的学生很多,10月开学的课程一般5月就结束报名了.
课程除了法语语法,写作,口语等课程外,还开设电影,艺术史,戏剧,商业法语等强项课程.
每周21小时课程,18人一班.每小时课程约为7.25欧元.

新建私立学校
20世纪80年代,欧洲各国间的交流快速发展,很多国外留学生来到法国,学习法语的需求迅猛增长,一些私立学校也随之建立起来.那个时期成立的学校基本已经发展出成熟的规模,具有良好的运行机制,偶基本的视听设备.但是这些学校的收费也相对高昂.
最近几年,到法国来的外国学生又有大规模的增加,新一批语言学校也应运而生,它们的条件还不很成熟,有些没有视听设备,有些没有固定的教师,教材和课程体系也在不断的摸索之中.这些学校为了吸引学生,或者打出低收费的牌,或允诺开具办理居留证明的一年学习证明.由于这个市场求大于供,所以这样的学校也会有很多学生.
私立法语学校有着较为共同的特点,就统一的介绍.
私立法语学校基本上都是可以随时入学的,报名时测验一下法语水平,下周一就可以开始上课了.但是对一点基础没有的初学者,每个月才有一次新生入学.课程等级分初级到高级6个左右的级别,学生如果觉得不适应正在学习的级别,可以申请调换,较为自由.
课程时间从每周5小时到每周24小时不等,教师会运用阅读书籍,影片,音乐等多种形式辅助教学.有一点要注意的是,很多语言学校是要你全年学够几百小时的课程后,才可以给你开具完成学业的证明,你拿着这个证明才能延续下一年的学生居留.所以,只选最少时间的课程,虽然省钱,却会带来更多的麻烦.
除了正常的课程外,学生还可以选择听力,写作练习,DELF考前辅导等专门课程;语言学习也有商业法语,艺术法语等分类.另外,学校还会组织讲座,游览参观等.学生可以按照自己的需求选择.
有些私立学校会严格限制每个班的学生人数,并在入学资料里标明.一般是6-12人一班,有利于学生联系口语.如LUTECE LANGUE学校,每个班的学生数为3-6人.有些学校的学生数量则没有严格规定,人多时可能达到20多人一班.中国学生性格普遍内向,学生人数太多,抢到发言的机会就比较难,不利于练习口语.
申请私立法语学校,学生必须年满16岁或18岁,没有任何法语技术的人也可以申请.学校不授予学分或学位,但会给学生一张注明学习时间和程度的结业证明.
学费各学校差异较大,有些学校的课程每小时达到20多欧元,如E.L.F.E.,有些则是每小时8欧元,比如ACCORD的密集型课程.但是大部分学校的收费都是在8-12欧元.学费差异除了因校而异外,更因上课时数,人数,而有所差异;有些语言学校是采用"月付缴费",有些是"半学期缴一次费".一般而言较贵的课程,上课人数少,是小班制,其上课的时数密集.据学生介绍,价格并不能完全保证学习的效果,关键还是看个人的努力.

公立大学法语系

读公立大学的法语系大约是学习法语最省钱的学习方式.被录取后只要交一年的注册费150-350欧左右即可.
大学的法语专业是为法国学生,或是法语基础较好的外语学生开设的课程.如果你的法语程度不够高,课程跟下来会有困难;要想得当学位,不仅要通过期末考试,还要完成论文.所以,报名到大学法语专业要做好充分的思想准备.
目前PARIS开设法语专业的大学有PARIS八大,PARIS十二大是专门为外国学生开设的法语课程,收费与普通法语专业课程相同,但是没有相应的大学学士文凭.
如果想要报名,需要提前较多时间,因为现在报名的人相当多,校方结束申请的时间提前,对学生的要求也比较高.希望在2005年秋季入学的学生,必须在2005.1或2月完成报名.
目前我也听到一些留学生的反馈是:某些大学的法语教学非常不严谨,学生收效甚微.为了大家不浪费时间和精力,入学前最好找老生打听一下老师们的授课情况.
在大学学习法语的好处是,可以提前适应大学的学习气氛,而且有达半工的权利.

为了帮助留学生尽快掌握法语,适应法国的学习环境,公立大学为已经在本校注册学习的外国学生,提供免费学习,一般是在学期开始的时候进行,有关资料可以到大学的接待中心索取.
很多公立大学开设外国学生集中学习法语的中心,招生对象是还没有在大学注册任何专业的学生.SB的法语中心即属于此类.这种法语课程的收费介于公立大学和私立大学之间.但是老师一般教学经验丰富,教学效果良好,这样语言学习质量才会有保障.另外,在大学的法语中心读法语,还可以享受大学的各种学生服务,可以咨询以后希望学习的专业情况等等.
外省的一些大学的法语中心,都非常乐于接受中国学生;而且外省的环境很适合于法语学习.留学生到法国的第一年,先到外省的大学学习一年法语,是很不错的选择.

公益性社会组织


除了以上几个方面这些正式的法语课堂,一些区政府,市政府,社会组织,还开设一些公益性法语课,旨在帮助来到法国的外国移民尽快适应这里的生活,这些学校的收费非常低,一年有的只要交纳30欧左右的注册费,有些几乎等于免费.但是这些学校的学习较为松散,没有正规的教材,注重口语练习,语法相对薄弱,不能作为留学生学习法语的主要方式.如果学生在学校学习的同时,再到这些公益性学校练习口语,也是一种不错的方法.
