| 岗位职责： |
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of engineers in product development of professional audio products including power supply and amplifiers, powered speakers, musical instrument amplifiers and other high performance acoustic systems.
Provide total solution to meet customer needs;
Define and review product architecture and specification in line with quality standard;
Determine the required validation plan for product release;
Contribute towards the improvement of the product development process, including cost and lead time reduction;
Provide guidance, training to the team in related technologies and foster their development into technical professionals.
Requirements:
Degree holder (or higher) in Electronics Engineering or equivalent disciplines
At least 10 year's in product development, with minimum 5 years as in management capacity in professional and consumer audio products
Strong electronics manufacturing process and quality control knowledge
Strong leadership skills, resourceful and independent
Excellent communication skills with internal departments and customers
Capable to work under pressure independently in multiple project environments
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Daily travel and working in our centrally located Shenzhen office
