| 岗位职责： |
Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team to promote switch mode power supply product and battery charger
Develop an execute sales strategies to maximize business opportunities and sales achievement
Understand the product specification and acceptance criteria. Work closely with R&D, QA, Production and Manufacturing Engineering teams to provide technical supports and valueadded solutions to customers
Maintain excellent relationship with customers, provide good after-sales services and keep abreast of market development
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Electronic / Electical Engineering or relevant disciplines
At least 5-8 years of sales an marketing experience with a minimum of 3 years at managerial level
Experience in consumer electronics, switch mode power supply, battery charger, electronic ballast and LED lighting is highly preferable
Knowledge in the safety and quality standards
Excellent leadership, customer services, negotiation and analytical skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Good command of both written and spoke English & Chinese including Putonghua
Station in Huizhou
